1. Booking process
A booking request submitted through this website is not a final confirmation. Our team reviews availability and contacts you to finalize the booking and, where applicable, payment.
2. Prices
Displayed rates (currently 35 000 FCFA/night for the Standard Room and 65 000 FCFA/night for the Bakoko Suite) are per room, per night, and may be revised at any time before a booking is confirmed. A tourist tax of 1 000 FCFA per night applies in addition.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods include bank card (via Stripe), PayPal, and, where configured, Bitcoin. Full or partial payment may be requested to confirm certain bookings.
4. Cancellation & modification
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival on standard rates, unless otherwise stated for promotional offers. See our Guarantees page for details.
5. Check-in / check-out

6. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in case of serious misconduct.
7. Liability
The hotel's liability for guests' belongings is governed by applicable Cameroonian law regarding hotel deposits.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Douala.
